Low Poly Weapons Pack – LoMotion CG

A new, low poly weapons asset pack has been added to the website store. It is also accompanied with one free download from the pack that can be purchased by clicking on the link to the store here.

This weapsons pack is a versatile, low-poly style shotgun, perfect for action games PC, Console or Mobile. This models is optimised with only one texture and one material slot. The material is called, “Palette,” and this all ensures efficient performance and a consistent aesthetic across different programs. Not only ideal for stylised games, but also VR simulations, animations, and stylised environments.

These models were made with a versatile approach in mind, so the pack covers a wide range of uses, from hand guns, to assault rifles, a machine gun, and also a Mini gun, an RPG and two grenades. Along with some combat knifes, Ammo and some gun accessory models, such as laser sights and scopes. These different models cover a wide variety of uses.

The guns have been made as seperate parts, so magazines or bolts can be animated or swapped out with other parts. The guns are customisable and due to the colour palette texture it is straight forward to update parts of the gun with different colours. Either move the faces in the UV map to another area of the colour palette or just make a new colour palette texture.

Rigging

Regardimg rigging, only the Mini Gun has been rigged and one example animation has been added to the Mini Gun. Thus leaving the other weapons to be rigged if required and as you specifically require. If you are interested or would want all the guns rigged – please vote for an update here.

LoMotion CG

These low poly style models are part of a series of models called LoMotion CG. This name, simply comes from combingin ‘Motion Forge CG’ and ‘Low Poly’ to make the name LoMotion CG.

Depending on the popularity and purchases of these low poly products many more assets and asset packs are planned in the future. So please keep an eye on additional low poly assets being added to the store.
