Description

Wooden Portal:

Most of the portals I have seen are either stone or metal, so I wanted to create a stylised wooden, rustic Portal with some wood paint dye that has faded edges. Something that you may find in a medieval fantasy or the Witcher.

I used blender to create the model and substance painter to texture it. Most of the model is texture painted, aside from the painting that I stenciled around the base and there are some wood fibers that are procedurally generated.

  1. File Type: FBX
  2. This download comes with
    1. The portal model.
    2. Floating Particles.
    3. A rotating circle that is positioned in front of the portal entrance to create a magic spiral like effect.
  3. The textures are packed into the FBX model.

The particles and rotating circle can all be deleted if not required.
